juxtaposition

Simply stated, juxtaposition means placing things side-by-side. In art this usually is done with the intention of bringing out a specific quality or creating an effect, particularly when two contrasting or opposing elements are used. The viewer's attention is drawn to the similarities or differences between the elements.

it can give a great meaning and same time some thing that viewer didn't expect. and some times it can be random. may be happens in suddenly.Random juxtaposition refers to the stimulation of creativity in problem solving, design or other creative pursuit by confronting two unrelated concepts or objects, usually the goal or problem to be solved on the one hand and a randomly selected object or concept on the other. Similar to an oxymoron.

Mortar and pestle

This week we have to think about mortar and pestle in different way. This exercise gives us new parameter to think about some thing in different way.

In year 2015 people may use mortar and pestle for fashion. girls will use mortar as a hat and pestle as a earring.

or may be they will use mortar as a steering wheel in a car and pestle as a gear.

or they can use mortar as a cup to put the sop and pestle as a thing to rub the body.

or people may use motar as a speaker and pestle as a microphone .




One best thing i heard from my friend is any one can use it as a marriage equipment. I feel like ,HOW?. same as you feel now. hahah...

when a boy want to marry a girl he take pestle with him and going to the girl and tell her to hold the mortar if she likes to marry him. if she like to marry him she will hold it and guy will put the pestle in to that mortar. marriage is done. its a best way to do a wedding. easy and cheep. only need mortar and pestle. hehehe.

Creative Picture of a Friend.

This is a picture of my friend Jen. He did this picture for the Fa assignment. we supposed to do a carry catcher using photo shop. he did this as his project. the way he present it give a good idea about the thing he think. He wanted that carry catcher more to looks like a old person. so he used black and white color to elaborate his idea.

Steven Spielberg

Steven Spielberg is one of the most creative person i ever seen in my life. He think differently.As a result he become one of the big Hollywood directer. My 1st movie at a cinema is Jurassic park that made by Spielberg. As a kid it inspired me a lot. That leads me to do film and animation in mmu. After the movie all the way to the home i was thinking about how he made it. We all know there are dinosaurs lived at earth millions of years ago. But no one got this kind of idea until Spielberg made it as a movie.
He born at December 18, 1946.Throughout his early teens, Spielberg made amateur 8 mm "adventure" films with his friends, the first of which he shot at the Pinnacle Peak Patio restaurant in Scottsdale.In 1958, he became a Boy scout and fulfilled a requirement for the photography merit badge by making a nine-minute 8 mm film entitled The Last Gunfight.The main thing is he didn't give up his dream.

He come across a great movies such as ET, Jurassic park,Poltergeist,The Twilight Zone,Shrek,The Lovely Bones and etc.

personally i think creativity cannot generate with out trying.
